I've tried other casein powders, and this one is by far the most delicious! I contacted the company with a question regarding conflicting information found on the nutritional label and recommended usage (serving size 2 scoops; directions say 1 scoop) and they promptly responded with clarification. I will purchase this product again!

I really wanted to like this since I love German chocolate cake but this powder tastes full of chemicals, has unpleasant aftertaste and leaves sandy texture on my tongue. Will not purchase again.

The flavor of this casein protein shake taste delicious. It is my go to after my workouts and also in the evenings before bed. The price and amount I get is great too.

I tried Ideal Lean for the first time and love it. The taste is amazing and super low calories. I love to use after a workout, or as a meal replacement.

This is by far the best protein shake I’ve ever tasted, it’s so thick and creamy like a milkshake but you should use a shaker cup not a blender.
