I tried NaturesPlus Say Yes to Dairy when I received 1 bottle from Amazon to fulfill an order of another product. I thought that maybe they did not have enough bottles of what I ordered so someone put this bottle in the package. I need pills to be able to eat dairy without becoming sick the next day. I waited a long time before trying this new brand but when I did, I really liked it. I like the fact that I just chew 1 pill before I eat dairy and 1 pill after. Plus, the pills have a very pleasant taste. I really like using it and it does protect me from the ill affects of eating dairy. I recommend that anyone who is dairy sensitive to try it.

I have Crohn's disease and have a built-in sensitivity to dairy I didn't used to have. As long as I'm not eating half a pizza or having something with Alfredo sauce, one or two Say Yes to Dairy pills keeps me normal. This of course is when I am mostly in remission with occasional flare-ups. I don't have the really bad symptoms of Crohn's that some people have. My boyfriend has garden variety lactose intolerance, and they work for him, too, provided the dairy isn't too heavy.

My teenage daughter has been allergic to dairy foods since she was born, and we've had a tough time managing her diet. There are SO many things she can't eat; it's made her life pretty difficult. We finally caught on that this type of product can help, and at this point I was ready to try almost anything to help her. In short, this has been miraculous! I'd read that other supplements contain artificial sweeteners (Mannitol) that can also cause gastric distress, so I wanted to steer clear of those. This product gets great reviews and doesn't have that ingredient, so we gave this a try. My daughter reports that these tablets taste good, and really help her to eat and properly digest foods that contain dairy! And the chewable tablet form lets her carry them anywhere with her. YAY! Now maybe she'll gain a little weight and not suffer with frequent "gastric upset." Highly recommend!

I have a mild case of lactose intolerance- milk doesn't usually bother me, but most cheeses and creams are trouble. And I don't think I can overstate my love for cheese. It's the reason I get up in the morning. I was looking for an alternative to Lactaid because Lactaid hasn't worked on several occasions for me and I had read a few things about it potentially making you sicker. Also I can be sort of a hippie sometimes and go in for these all-natural products. So I gave this a shot, and now it's all I'll take. It has never failed me once, which is a huge accomplishment considering how often I indulge. I've been exclusively using it for about a year. I usually get by with just one, and I try not to have to take more than one per day. That's just me though. I would highly recommend this to anyone. The only thing I don't like is the taste!! Very off putting when I'm about to eat something savory. I wish they made an unflavored version.

I got these for my daughter as she is a little bit lactose intolerant. She really wants to have milkshakes and yoghurts and doesn't like the alternatives that much. This tablets are working fine for her so far. She has had milk products without the unpleasant aftermath so she is happy. They taste like milk as I tasted one so its easy to take them. She only takes 1 before she is about to have a milkshake or yoghurt.

These really work and are Chewable! My 8 year old can manage these. She’s prefer it if they had no flavour at all but they are not awful tasting. These have been a life saver in family meal situations where she wants to join in ata restaurant or friends house.

I didn’t like the taste at all. I found the flavour is unpleasant and very strong, so strong that it reduces the enjoyment of whatever dairy food or drink I’m having. I only used them a few times, but they were effective at neutralising the lactose I consumed

I tried these once as I was curious, since I developed IBS some years ago and became lactose intolerant. Although I'm not a massive dairy-consumer, some ingredients in things I eat contain dairy (like stock cubes? ramen, chocolate) and it became bothersome having to avoid most things because of a trace amount of dairy. I think these worked. They didn't work if I ate them immediately before or after a meal as suggested, but rather 1-2 hours before consuming anything with lactose. I noticed that my stomach wasn't bloated and I didn't really get gassy. Can't say much for the constipation though, there's only so much a tablet can do!
