Excellent filter! Softens hard water, prevents scaling, and improves water quality. Easy to install!

Sell a product which can be fixed to popular brands
Never buy this , total loss of money . Cannot fix to popular tap brands like Jaguar or CERA.They will not refund , only replace with same item which cannot be fixed to tap.

It's a good filter. But unable to find sediment pads to replace. There is no option to buy the replacement. Kindly guide

Taste of water is not normal.
Product looks good and useful but the water taste is not normal there is some smell? Need Zero B customer care to speak to find out whether it is normal or we should return the item? Can any one hep me?

Disappointed this time.
The water still smells chemical after a month. So not usable. Wasted.

Use and throw. Careful when you buy it
They don’t sell replacement sediment filters and when I reached out to ask them where I can get it, they replied saying it’s a use and throw so discard the thing if the sediment filter is dirty. Fairly expensive for use and throw.
