This is an outstanding source of B vitamins which I have taken for many years with healthy results.

Super effective. The only B-complex I’m comfortable recommending, to date.
The best B-complex supplement I have found yet, in over 20 adult years taking b-complex supplements. It smells bad and doesn’t taste good in just the right way, to indicate that it’s got the right vitamins and they are digestible. The only other concentrated B-complex vitamin source that comes close, is nutritional yeast... and some folks can’t handle the taste of that. This is currently the only b-complex vitamin I recommend. I’m sure there are other good ones out there, but I’m no longer looking, ever since I found this one a few years ago.

Great product, awful smell
This is a great B complex. Gentle on the stomach but I can feel the extra boost of energy when I take them. The only thing I don't like about them is the smell. They have a very strong vitamin smell. You don't taste it once it's taken, and it doesn't keep me from using them but I do hold my breath until it is swallowed.

Great Vitamin!
Love all the added ingredients they put into these vitamins. Keeps me from having to buy lots of individual supplements. I'm a vegetarian so having B vitamins daily is a must for me. This one in particular is my favorite that I have found so far. The one drawback is the pill is rather large and hard to swallow. They also leave an unpleasant taste in your mouth so I always take them with juice or coffee instead of water.

My favorite B Complex
Writing reviews for your favorite products is a scary thing to do - you don’t want it to sell out! However, I decided to share with a friend and realized the world deserves to know, these B vitamins are well rounded and water soluble. On the larger scale of vitamin size, not coated so one of the more difficult vitamins I take and has a smell to it - I would still recommend this complex to anyone. Worth every penny.
