Do these fit a jll is 200 spin bike

They should fit any bike my set have gone rusty

Do these come with instructions on how to fit? We purchased another product but returned them as we cannot work out how to fit them.

I am not sure that instructions were present, but my husband fitted the pedals with no problem. It was easy , we stopped the pedal from spinning and then just used a regular spanner.

Do theses pedals take SPD cleats

In a word no. They're supplied with plastic toe clips, you need a dedicated pair for spd I'm afraid
