Received and installed yesterday & so far so good. Don’t waste your money on lcd screen make sure you get oled. I made that mistake and the lcd would make the phone hot and drain the battery also lcd screen cracked in one day.

Overall - Excellent replacement screen with very few issues! After cracking an iPhone 11's screen, we grabbed one of these replacements for the screen, and were very impressed! The ONLY issue we really ever had after using it for some time now is that the screen is NOT as bright as the original, but still completely usable and we barely noticed after a while. This complete kit includes each of the tools you will need to replace your phone's screen, however, as always - I highly suggest you watch videos on your favorite streaming service to get the do's and dont's of doing this yourself. There are very VERY thin ribbon cables (paper thin) that you can tear easily if you force this open the wrong way!!! Watching videos shows you where these ribbon cables are located and how to open the phone (which side first as you open it) to avoid tearing these ribbon cables. We actually broke one on another phone years ago, and had to go buy that new ribbon cable to replace it. Luckily, this one includes one set of the ribbon cables, but not the other. Point is - work smarter, not harder! (As my Dad always said growing up) Go SLOW during this process and you should be okay. As other reviewers have mentioned, this set does include the new waterproof tape, but we didn't use it, so I can't comment on the quality of that item. Another apparently common issue is forgetting to remove the blue protective seal on the back side of the screen - you MUST remove this prior to completing the installation. Finally, there are NUMEROUS tiny screws in these phones. They are easier to lose than you can imagine - and if they fall on the floor - best of luck even finding them. We always use a flat magnet sheet to keep all the screws together in one place. We originally acquired this magnetic "sheet" with a phone screen replacement kit many years ago (about the size of a phone actually, with a picture of the interior parts of a phone on it - making it easy to put the screws on the magnet where you originally got them out of the phone for super easy replacement when putting it back together). That magnet is the BEST tool in our kit, actually. I wish these companies still gave them out for free. Otherwise, use a small bowl or something to keep the screws together in one place. Note also that the LCD and touch screen functions exactly like the original - so no issues there. Again, overall - I really believe you will like this unit and the installation is actually quite easy after watching videos. Would have given this 5 Stars if the screen was as bright as the original, however, that could have just been the one we received (or our old eyes! Hahaha). Enjoy!

I shattered my iPhone 11's screen & got this kit to replace the screen so I could use it again & so far it has worked out great! This kit does come with all the tools needed for replacing your phone's screen but you will need to watch some videos to get proper instructions, my husband was able to find some on YouTube University that were great help! Keep in mind that this is a slow, meticulous process & you will need to allot a good portion of time to be able to focus on the task at hand. Also, a good work space so as not to lose any of the teeny screws. I'm not saying it's hard, per se, just very time consuming for sure. Again, as long as you pay attention to the videos & take your time to do each step then you should be fine. A few specific pointers we would like to mention, is that this kit did come with new waterproof tape, however many of the videos explained that these are usually subpar to the original sealing & wouldn't actually BE waterproof & that it would be the same difference to just leave behind what's left of Apple's original waterproof tape, so we decided not to mess with replacing the tape & just left what was already there & this has worked fine for me, I just don't get it wet. The second thing would be to remove the blue protective seal on the back side of the screen. My husband missed this step & had to go back & remove it properly. Otherwise I've had the new screen for a few weeks now & have no complaints. It does maybe feel the tinest bit thicker than the original screen but not so much that my case doesn't still fit over it. It seems to respond to my touch just as well as the original & the screen's colors appear to be close to the original as well so I would recommend this kit to replace your iPhone's screen!

I’ve had this screen for 3 months now and THERES a screen burn in trust me I’ve had a professional do my phone and the screen itself is the problem

I'm reviewing this item because it totally served an unintended purpose for me. When this little Iphone 11 screen replacement kit arrived, I was in the middle of trying to get my laptop apart to check the fan, but I didn't have any appropriate tools. I do have an Iphone 11 but the screen still works. I intended to have this as a backup because I don't know when the time will come to replace the screen. In the meantime, the tools that come with this item worked PERFECTLY for helping me get into my laptop without damaging anything. For me, it's worth it alone just for the tools it came with! As for as using this kit for its intended use - they direct you to YouTube instructional videos to help minimize any mistakes. I checked YouTube and there are PLENTY to help you along if/when you need to do this and I bookmarked a few for the future. The kit itself looks professional. The five stars are for the tools alone (in my case) that saved me. When I do eventually change the screen I will update this review. Thanks

This is the perfect replacement for an iPhone 11. It comes with all the tools that you will need to make it happen. It didn’t even go with the water strip to prevent moisture from getting to your iPhone. It is super simple to install and you can find great instructions on how to install it on YouTube. I love that it is extremely affordable compared to having someone at Apple do it for you
