Our tech guy advised this is a very well built product, was easy to put together.

This rack arrived beat to hell, corners all bent out of whack. Nothing fits or lines up right. The metal on the screws is soft and cheap and strips easily. The acoustic foam seems more like it will make everything hot that actually quiet the equipment. Do not recommend. Update: The company reached out to ask what they could do so I'm going to give advice for their product in the future since there really isn't anything to make me happy with what I got. Update2: The company reached out and offered a refund. That raises their integrity in my eyes. I have it set up and running so even though its very poor quality, I don't want to take the time and expense to refund and swap it out. The only thing I want is for them to improve their quality for the future. 1.) Drastically improve the instructions. They are very sparse and insufficient and even incorrect on a page or two. 2.) The quality of the materials needs to improve. Your tolerances are way off and you have to really fight to get things to line up. I actually had to leave screws out to make things fit at all. The screws are so soft they strip almost immediately with very little force. 3.) You sent the wrong screws for the hinges, the ones you sent aren't even close to fitting. Put a QA system in place where the product is verified before sending it out. 4.) Several areas were bent to hell. I dont know if this happened in shipping because it was actually packed pretty well, I suspect it was poor QA in the manufacturing. That said now that I have it together and running its relatively quiet and working ok. It looks cool and I like the temperature sensor. Because of that and you reaching out Ill update to 2 stars but please please work on your quality so the next customer isn't so frustrated and dissapointed..

Mine had some pieces damaged during shipping, but the seller was very easy to work with and sent me replacement parts quickly. The instructions leave a lot to be desired though. Very basic with little to no explanation. And mine came with 2 cable separators and a shelf that they weren’t even mentioned in the instructions and I had to figure out how to install them myself. But when they say it takes two people to put it together, believe them. I did mine alone and it was a huge pain.

It's a nice rack and well packaged. However don't be surprised if you're missing bolts and nuts. Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase.

Overall it does reduce noise a good bit, you can still hear the fans especially if you have a noisy switch/server, but it sounds distant (can't even hear it if my A/C is on). My biggest reason for the 4-star rating is the difficulty getting the doors on and a few small things like that. Overall I would recommend it if you want a budget noise isolation server rack.

This one is tough. I love the cabinet, HATE the assembly. When you open the package and get a look at the instructions you're going to faint. Assembly instructions are just about useless and no matter how bad your eyes are, you better have a magnifying glass. Even then, it reminds me of an old form that is the 400th generation (photocopy of a photocopy etc) and is so grainy and unclear good luck making any sense of it. So, I'm thinking, if directions are this bad, they probably have an excellent YouTube "how to". NOPE!! Ultimately, through trial and error we put got it together although I'm convinced it's still not right. We did the best we could.

The 22U rack assembled quite easily and looks good. Easy to install the slides for the servers and provides good ventilation.

Easy to assemble and strong design even includes fans and power bar. Excellent design.
