This is a nice set of speaker adapter and foam for sound. This is a nice set. This fit well. the foam is a good inoculation. The foam help point the sound in the direction that the sound needs to point to. easy to install and use. The inside foam goes right behind the speaker. the ring got around the top of the speaker .

This is an excellent deal on two pair of high quality speaker adapter plates. They're compatable with several GM vehicles. These will allow you to install aftermarket 6.5" speakers in the factory door locations. Self adhesive foam rings are also included to help with dampening and bass response. I ended up using these in my 2009 Chevy Silverado. They fit perfectly and my stereo hasn't sounded better. I recently replaced the factory head unit, but it really didn't sound any better until I upgraded the speakers from the dull, inefficient OEM units to a pair of Pioneers. Now it kicks! The foam really did a good job of cutting down on rattle and tightening up the bass reaponse. Overall build quality is excellent. I expect these to last me the life of my truck. I only needed two of the four brackets, since it's a single cab. I'll save the other two for another vehicle. This is also a great deal for the money. Name brand brackets cost (expectedly) juuust a little more, but without the foam rings. No negatives to mention, these are getting the full 5 stars.
