Kegel Ben Wa Balls Sets (Purple)

Found out after purchase that they are not really helpful at all

Nice packaging and product, but very lightweight. Would be ideal for beginners.

I just received my set and I gotta say im a little disappointed. It does not come with instructions on how to really use them. For a first time user as my self I kind of need more instruction on like which ball to start with, what to do once inserted and so on. I guess I gotta figure it out on my own.

Def. Like especially withh alk the different weights easy to use. Comfortable and does whats expected especially after giving birth
