Deflated, it's small enough to pack in carry on and also easy to inflate on the plane. Comfy and kept my head up straight while sleeping.

I bought 3 of these for myself and daughters. I travel every week on business and this is the 4th type of pillow I have bought and by far the absolute BEST! I have used the Turtle one (terrible), one that wraps around you (awful) and another brand of inflatable, and find this company to produce the best one with the best design and fabrics. They are slightly smaller than other, which is good because they don't interfere with my headphones. Great fabric on them...not too hot when on long flights. The inflating/deflating mechanism works very well. Also, they are convenient to carry in my backpack instead of having to attach them to luggage like all the other non-business travelers you see in the airports! LOL.

I admired my husband's Kmall neck pillow so I got this one. It's great to not having to blow up a neck pillow on an airplane. This pillow pumps up easily with thumb and fingers. I didn't give it 4 stars because it doesn't deflate enough to pack back into its self pocket as described. My husband's came with a storage bag and the fabric on his is completely different, a stretch fabric in a handsome orange print design. I think the fabric is thinner allowing for more compaction. So I pack my inflatable pillow in a Crown Royal bag. This does not come with a separate storage bag, and it's a bit bigger deflated than I had hoped.

Don't hesitate to purchase this. Easy to inflate and deflate. It is portable, comfortable, and compact. I love that it can be inflated to your liking, I don't have to blow it up, and it folds into its own pouch...In-genius! I have never used a neck pillow during flights for fear of germs...I don't like my pillow touching the airline seat and I don't like clipping it on my luggage subjecting it to untold microorganisms. I purchased disposable U-pillow covers (here on Amazon) which fit great and make a germaphobe like me a happy traveler. Getting the pillow back into its pouch can be tricky so be sure to watch the video...problem solved. Buy it!

The pillow is ok, I had a similar before that I left on the plane on a recent trip. The problem with this design is that you have to roll it up to squeeze into an integrated pouch. However this does not really work - see the picture of the pillow as received. I will have to use a separate pouch since this is a pain and would take too much time on the plane after landing. You want to keep such a pillow in some sort of pouch before you put it into your carry on. The picture on Amazon is deceptive - looks as if their would be a separate pouch and also as if anyone can get this pillow completely stuffed into the small integrated packet. This is why I gave it a one star rating.Inflating works well and adjusting to changes in cabin pressure works also well. Also neck support is good plus it provides good protection against cold and dry air that could cause a stiff neck - at least that is my experience, especially when sitting in exit rows. Time will tell how long it will last - the plastic inflatable bladder will ultimately develop a leak when rolling up the deflated pillow - based on my experience on similar pillows.

It’s average. I’ve used this pillow on 4 round -trip road trips in the past 2 or 3 months. Takes a lot of work to get it to inflate. Then the air leaks slowly during use. Every 30 minutes to an hour, you have to re-inflate it because it gets too flat to use. Would recommend for reading and not sleeping because you’ll either awake up every hour to reinflate or you’ll wake up hours later with a stiff sore neck. And yes, I do know how to use it properly. The material is very nice and the size is perfect for my under-the-sweat travel bag. If it stayed inflated I’d add a star. If it wasnt so labor intensive to get it to inflate, I’d add another. Last picky detail is I wish it was an inch or 2 taller for true, uncompromised neck support. I’m 5’6 if that helps anyone.

I previously had a neck support pillow that was non-inflatable which made carrying it a pain. I clipped it to the outside of my backpack in order to keep track of it but it was cumbersome. So I decided to try an inflatable style and I must say, after using it to and from Europe, I'm very pleased with it. It compresses down to a very small size and stores in its own included bag. It has a built-in inflator pump that you just squeeze to inflate.... no hyperventilating by blowing it up by lung power. It can be adjusted to my own firmness and it's very soft to the touch. Great addition to my travel accessories.

I’ve used several neck pillows, but the game changer with this one is the small supports on the rear sides of the pillow. They cradle your head just enough to support your neck and keep your head in a perfect position for sleeping on a long plane flight—even without having to tilt your seat back. No more worrying about your head flopping forward, or onto the shoulder of the stranger next to you, lol.NOTE: When inflating, be sure to squeeze the pump not only with your thumb on top, but also with your other four fingers on the bottom. Otherwise, it won’t inflate. Deflating it by pushing down on the spring-loaded pin is fast and easy. Just don’t expect to fit the pillow back into its very small attached pockets, which to me wasn’t a big deal.

its Conformable but the outer materiel sticks to your nails and dry skin.

Great shape and easy to use but after 1 trip it couldn't hold thw air anymore.
