This is AWESOME! It’s so easy to eat breakfast on the run and the added caffeine is a real plus. I only need to drink a half a serving each day and it fills me up until lunchtime. I’m a teacher and I needed something I could eat quickly while I run around the house getting ready to leave and it needed to fill me up (but not stuff me) until my lunch break. This totally fits the bill!I thought I might have problem with the texture, but if you think of it as utensil-free oats instead of a drink, you don’t mind munching on the crunchy bits. Those chunks are actually my favorite part now!

This stuff is amazing. I’ve used it as a meal replacement for breakfast and lunch for 10 months now, and I’ve lost 70lbs. It has the perfect nutritional profile, and has helped bring my A1C down from 6.7, in March, to 5.5 the following January. Amazing. This is my favorite flavor, along with Carmel Cold Brew. The other flavors are amazing too, but I love the caffeine included in these 2 flavors.

I'm an avid cyclist, and the company that does my bloodtesting, insidetracker.com recommended I eat oatmeal for breakfast to help lower my borderline high blood glucose. I looked around for products and found Oats Overnight, which also has protein in the mix. This is ideal for me.Beware: Cheap people will say you can go out and buy the ingredients and make your own concoctions for a fraction of the price... I'm not interested. This product is well thought out, has a variety of flavors, and is SIMPLE and CONVENIENT to use! Anything that isn't simple and convenient, people will invariably just quit using because it's too much work.I like to mix mine with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and personally, I use a bit less than recommended, as I like it a tad thicker.The mark on the container where you fill to, is impossible to see. Just take a black sharpie and draw on the line so you can see it easily.After that, get the sample packs, find the flavors you like and then order them in larger quantities.I am already healthy and lean at 5'9" 160#. But I definitely lost about 3 pounds after taking this product. I ran out of if, got off the habit, and didn't eat it for about 2 weeks. The 3 pounds came back!Then I got back on the program, and the 3 pounds came off again! So I am sold, happy to eat something that keeps me lean and healthier!

I don’t like oatmeal but I love these!! So easy to make, taste great, healthy ingredients with added protein to keep you full until lunch! Also great for snacks!

I love this flavor. FYI for ppl that dont like pieces they have to chew in their drink than tis flavor is not for you. I dont mind the mocha chips in it because the flavor is good. This brand is healthy by adding a variety of seeds that are good for you but they dont taste bad. Top quality. Love to make this flavor with choc Almond milk. Great with plain white cows milk too for those that dont mind cows milk. Love PB/Choc/banana flavor too. So good!

I have this pretty much 5 days a week -- it's my on-the-way to work breakfast that helps me not order a breakfast sandwich at the work cafe! As some reviews have mentioned, your mileage may vary depending on whether you're OK with drinking oatmeal, but I tend to like my oatmeal a little on the thinner side, and I actually prefer the chilled shake serving method as opposed to just oatmeal in a bowl, especially during the summer. I'm a little less regular about having it in the winter, though I still try for a few times a week.I use almond milk and do the standard "leave it overnight in the fridge" method, though in a pinch, I have added milk and then drank within 30m, which is OK, though everything is a bit more crunchy.The Mocha Dream is my favorite flavor, it doesn't have any of the "protein powder" taste you sometimes get with high protein products. It does have caffeine in it, which I enjoy, though it precludes having this particular flavor any time later in the day. I tried the Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Crunch and didn't like it as much, it did have a that "whey" flavor, but I haven't tried any other flavors yet, though the Maple Pancakes flavor and Chai flavor are on my list.I do CrossFit and/or weightlifting 5-6 times week and this helps me eat cleaner and more consistently get fiber and protein early in the morning, while being relatively low fat. I'm not low-fat by any means, but I often end up eating fattier meals later in the day, so it helps to have a lower fat morning meal. Using whole milk would add fat, if wanted. The ingredients list is pretty simple and relatively clean, assuming you're OK with protein powder and some level of coffee and vanilla extract for flavoring. In the oatmeal pouch itself (no milk/liquid added, in the Mocha flavor) are about 4g of sugars, 39g total carbs, 6g fat, 2g saturated fat, 24g protein, and 7g fiber.

I bought these to take camping and for dog agility trials, where I often have to eat on the run. I wish the portions were just a tad larger and I am not a fan of the extra seeds (chia ?) I do find the packets super easy to use and I can make them on the road without any hassle. The flavors are good. My favorites are anything with chocolate and salted caramel. Easy, healthy and filling.

I love Overnight Oats and usually order directly from them, but my kids came home from college and took all the packets back to school with them, so I ordered next day delivery of Mocha Dream from Amazon. This product has recently been reformulated and tastes nothing like coffee or what it has tasted like for years. The nutritional info has not been updated on Amazon to reflect the new formula. I will never order this flavor again, I even tried adding coffee to it to see if that would help with the flavor. Unfortunately this new packet tastes like chemicals to me, with zero coffee taste. I am so disappointed as this was my absolute favorite flavor. For reference the original Mocha Dream was 290 calories, this new version is 280 calories. I really hope they change it back to the original formula.
