Regarding your question, there is a collar clamp right under the T-bar that has to be opened in order to be able to adjust the height. Once that is open, the bar is able to be moved, it has to be pulled until the black ball gives a click into a hole. Then you can adjust it to whichever hole you prefer, and you’ve got the scooter to the perfect height of your choice!
