My Listography: My Amazing Life in Lists Review: Great kid's version of the grown-up's one - I'm so glad there is a "kid's" version of the Listography book! It will be perfect for my 10-year-old. I have the Listography book (grown up version) and it's great, but it asks for lists of things that are related to "grown up" activites, like drinking, and sex. The kid's version is just as colorful and fun (if not more so) as the "grown ups" version,) and is much more appropriate for teens and tweens. The reading level is such that I don't recommend it for those under 4th grade, unless your child is advanced. It's a great alternative to a journal, since the lists don't require as much writing, but you still get to know something about yourself. Even if your kid doesn't enjoy writing, they might be willing to use this. It will make a wonderful, fun keepsake to pull out decades later and review! Review: Fun journal for the young...and the young at heart - What better way to get to know yourself than by ranking your favorites in all aspects of life? From the basics---like favorite foods, books, music, etc.---to some more thought-provoking ideas---such as jobs you might like to try some day and what would happen if your parents left you alone for a day---and ending with the self-esteem building "List all the great things about you!", they've even thoughtfully included some space at the back for you to come up with your own lists! Each list is paired with an amusing illustration to help get the creative juices flowing. A nice quality book with a durable soft cover. Buy one for yourself or as a great gift for friends! Also, don't miss the "Listography" and "Love Listography" journals, geared more specifically toward adults and couples, respectively.

a nice little book
I bought this for my 10 year old son because he loves the World Record and Almanac books (even though he looks at the sports section mostly). I thought he would like to look back to see what he loved when he was this age. He thought it was just ok when he opened it but then he and my 7 year old sat for days filling out the lists. It's also fun for me to look through it to see "what's in his head" and since it's not a journal I don't feel guilty about doing it! haha I will probably buy my younger son the same book next year - and may buy another one in a few years for my older son so he can see how his interests have changed. It's a pretty cool book and it's easy for kids to use.

Very cool
This book is great, I can't wait to start it. It can be for kids or adults, and will provide hours of entertainment. Some favorite "categories" of this book of lists include, "...the jobs you may like to have one day, superpowers you wish you had, favorite things about your family, what your perfect day would be like, and your most memorable dreams." The pictures are cute, and look like watercolors. This would make a great gift for anyone who's creative, wants to be more creative, and of course...loves lists!

You don't have to be a kid to like this book...
I'm 25, but I bought this book anyway. It includes some fun lists that really get you thinking and remembering (like what you've ever been for Halloween). It's neat, like a fun little self guided journal almost. I know most people would say it was for kids, but I think my answers to the "questions" (aka the lists) will be fun to look back on when I'm much older. The illustrations are very cute, also. I recommend this no matter what age you are!

Lots of fun
Gave this as a birthday present to 10 year old Girl. She loved it and her parents also thought it was a great gift to keep track of the things she enjoys at that age

List up your life
I've purchased several "list" books, and this is one of my favorites. I had many listing books for several years before purchasing this book, and I loved those books as well. This book, has a wide range of questions to it, many of the questions and general so not entirely related to love and/or sex but more to think about all aspects of life. It's a GREAT conversation starter, and I've had several multiple-hour conversations due to the content inside. I personally use it to learn more about people, and it really has brought out some great ideas and conversations. I'd recommend that anyone buy this book. It's fun from both a guy's and a gal's perspective and certainly for couples. I'd say that a lot of the questions are geared toward thinking about your life but can be done by several people as well, if you're the type, it could possibly be fun in a group setting as well.

It's okay but limited
I buy a lot of fill-in-the-blanks journals and this one is just alright. The design of the book is cute, it looks fun and less 'boring journal' or book like. Some of the questions are interesting but not too many of them. There are a lot of bland questions such as "list what you've been for Halloween". I think this one is geared more towards children. Overall, not bad.

Such a lovely idea .. I have bought the adult version for myself and so enjoyed filling in and using my imagination. The list ideas are very age appropriate and would make a great memory bank for children to look back on .. Lovely gift idea .. really pleased

Consegna sempre impeccabile.

Bought this book for my daughter and she loves it. She is 15. The idea is to write lists of all your favourite things, songs, films, etc, its fun sitting thinking of all things she likes and will be good to look back on in a few years to see how she has changed. Really recommend this and would think good from ages 6-60!

Bought this for myself as just a little thing to do when I'm bored. It makes a perfect gift for anyone as the quality of this book is really good and the illustrations are quite witty. I would say this s the best one out of the Listography series as the questions are about all sorts of things and it's quite nice to read back over what you've written and see how you've changed since.
