Me ha funcionado muy bien porque debido a la lactancia tuve un deficit severo de vitaminas de grupo B y calcio, primero tome hidroxil y despues me paso a este. De b6 tiene 13mg porque tengo entendido que por ley ya no pueden poner 50, asi que tomaba medio hidroxil + una de estas, y en unas semanas solo la de solaray. Tenia problemas en la lengua y malestar mental y desaparecieron con este suplemento

Lo esperado. Se pueden usar actividad de luz negra. Disuelves un par en una bañera, pones luz negra en la estancia y los niños tendrán un baño totalmente divertido y original.
