Good product, last 3 to 4 year's to I used no get any problem

Very Good DVR at lower price
I used it to replace 5 years old Hikvision DVR but found the quality of picture is at par of my old DVR. There is no user manual. with the product but I found it at online. I faced one problem with this new dvr i.e. didn't get the drag & drop feature of video to bigger screen. Suppose out of 8 screens image is big size for one channel and image of other 7 channels are smaller, now if I want to see other channer bigger that should be dragged and dropped in bigger size part but that can not be done. In the user manual also I couldn't find this feature which was available in hikvison dvr. Except this, the CP plus DVR is good.

Missing part of asseceris
Missing part receive my orders / i am order 8 channel camera dvr but I am found 4 channel camera dvr and not receive hard disk in the dvr

Fraud from Amazon
The product I got is the worse product and forged and ruined condition . Power is not getting on . I have complaint at Amazon and raised request to replace or return . But I didn't know how Amazon has cancelled and closed the replacement window. Im still waiting if can replace .

Good DVR
Good DVR however wifi option is limited even if you buy the recommended wifi dongle manufacturing date needs to be 2013, now that is too much of an ask, instead CP Plus should upgrade it's device.
