A true “ sauce” pan.
Nice heavy pan, perfect size for gravy or grits. I like that the lid is see through and vented. You hardly ever see a pan like this in stores.

Handles getting heated up, Waste of Money, Very Expensive cheap product.
The handle is getting way too heated up too quickly. I burned my hand. Too cheap material for such an expensive pan.I needed a pan quick so I used it else would have returned it.Never buying this brand again
