Do you have ear nuggets? Probably, you just don't know it yet.
I regularly have issues with my ears, where if I use a q-tip they get plugged, or if I get water in my ear it feels like it takes FOREVER to get out. I recently went and got an annual physical at the doctor for the first time (I know I'm such an irresponsible adult) and while doing her little ear flashlight thing, my doctor was like "uh do you have any ear issues" and I said "um well sometimes I feel like they get a little plugged I guess?" And she goes "yeah not surprising since I can't see your eardrums around all thay wax buildup. We can flush them out here or you can do it at home." And me being me, I said I would do it at home and promptly did not. Well, then, two days ago, I woke up and my ear was a little plugged. I decided to try to go at it with a q-tip and long story short, I was completely deaf in my left ear for approximately 8 hours. So. Much. Plugged. So a little amazon/google research later, I ended up here looking at this product. I was a little nervous because I've never had good luck with liquid things going in my ears and not making things worse, but I thought hey, it can't get any worse really. Package arrived two days later and now we are HERE. Folks. Buy it. This is like head lice treatment. If you are looking at it and thinking about it, YOU NEED IT. And this stuff. Is. Awesome. You know those ear nuggets I mentioned? Literally chunks of ear wax came out of my ear holes the SIZE OF CORN KERNELS. Where was this coming from? Why is my body making so much wax? Where was it being stored because I did NOT think ear canals were that spacious, but apparently there are some storage closets in there or something because HOLY MARY MOTHER OF GOD the ear nuggets are real. I also bought two red "ear wax aspirators", they're red, like 6 bucks on amazon or something, they worked great. But if you have the bulb nasal aspirators for babies, those are basically the same thing and will also work. I let the drops sit (I dunno how many I used, I was desperate, probably 15?) for about 10-15 minutes and plugged my ears with cotton balls to keep the juice in like the directions say. There was a delightful fizzing nouse/sensation but no instant relief. I pretty gently rinsed out my first ear with nice warm water and nothing really came out, maybe just some flakes. So I went to my left ear and after the first rinse yielded a plugged ear and no nuggets, I cranked the water up to hot and really shot that water up in there and the chunks started flying. Ended up re-rinsing the first ear the same way with excellent results. My ears feel so squeaky clean! And get this, my hair makes sounds. Like I put it up in a hair tie afterwards, and I could HEAR MY HAIR MOVING ON MY HEAD. What is that?! Seriously?! If you also did not know that moving hair creates a sound, you need to buy this product ASAP.

Cleared My Clogged Ear Fast
I bought this when one of my ears started feeling clogged and my hearing was noticeably muffled. After using the drops as directed, I could actually feel them working—the bubbling sound is a little strange at first, but it’s just the drops loosening the wax. After letting the drops sit for a few minutes and flushing with warm water, a surprising amount of wax came out and my hearing improved almost immediately. The relief from that “plugged ear” feeling was huge. The process is simple and much easier (and cheaper) than going to a clinic to have your ears cleaned. Just follow the directions and be patient—it may take a couple uses for everything to loosen up. If you deal with wax buildup or that annoying blocked-ear feeling, this is definitely something worth having in your medicine cabinet. Helpful tip: use warm water when flushing—it makes the process much more effective. Earwax removal drops like Debrox work by releasing oxygen that creates a gentle foaming action, which softens and breaks up hardened wax so it can drain or be rinsed out more easily.

Effective, but not a fun experience and difficult to know when your ears are clear
These drops were effective and the least expensive way to get my blockages cleared and I would buy and use them again. I think using these drops and flushing with water from a syringe (following directions) is the safest, least painful, and most effective method to remove wax blockages at home. However, they drag out the discomfort of having your ear wax removed and it is really difficult to know when you need them or when they've successfully cleared your ears if you have no way of looking in them. The drops can cause a plugged uncomfortable feeling and block hearing until your ears are cleared which can take days. flushing your ears out with water can cause vertigo and nausea (this can be mitigated by using a comfortably warm water temp and not aiming directly at your ear drum, but I wasn't able to wholly prevent it over several uses. so if you don't want to deal with that, get them professionally cleaned. I also just want to address two things I've seen in a lot of reviews: 1) I used the drops but they didn't work b/c nothing came out That could just as easily mean your ears were clear to begin with or that you need to use them more. I have the benefit of being able to check ears with an otoscope. most of the people who suspected they'd have a blockage didn't, but without being able to look they wouldn't have known and if they used the drops they could have thought they just weren't working. I wouldn't recommend using these unless you know you have a blockage. Also, I had a pretty bad blockage and nothing significant came out until the 3rd time using the drops and flushing out with water and my ear wasn't cleared until the 5th use (directions say you can use twice a day for up to 4 days, so up to 8 times). I would not have known when my ears were clear without being able to look inside them. If you don't have the ability to check your ears either have the wax removed professionally or use the drops more than you think you need (even if they have already removed a decent amount of wax). 2) I used the drops and they just made my ears feel more plugged and effected my hearing. it went away in about a day This happened to me, it was uncomfortable and with using the drops twice a day meant my ear was pretty much plugged and uncomfortable for 3 days straight and it made me want to stop using the drops. In my case, however, this wasn't a direct side effect of the drops on my hearing/ears, rather it meant that the drops/flushing were working. they were softening and expanding the wax which incidentally meant the blockage blocked more and trapped more water, and when it would dry out it would shrink back up and the plugged feeling would go away. However, the effects of the drops are somewhat cumulative so not letting the wax dry out will help it flush out sooner, and once the ear wax loosened enough to flush it all out my ear was completely cleared and the plugged feeling and interference with hearing went away immediately. So if you have this side effect there's a good chance it just means that you need to keep using the drops. however, you shouldn't really take risks with your ears so if there is any pain or if you are concerned about the discomfort or difficulty hearing then see a doctor and/or have wax removed professionally.

It Cleared And Opened My Blocked Ears
Excellent quality! I was having blocked ears, I used these drops, left them in overnight, and rinsed my ears out with water the next morning. My ears are now completely open, clear, and clean. Would definitely recommend.

Works, but Results Are Mild
The Debrox Ear Wax Removal Drops are gentle and easy to use. They help soften ear wax and make removal a bit easier. The microfoam formula is comfortable and doesn’t sting. However, I found that it didn’t fully remove stubborn or deeper wax on the first try. It works best for light or routine maintenance, but more severe buildup may require additional methods. Overall, it’s an okay product if you need a mild, gentle ear wax remover, but results can be hit or miss. Decent, but not exceptional.

Debrox Ear Wax Removal Drops, Gentle Microfoam Ear Wax Remover, 0.5 Fl Oz
Debrox is like a magic potion for when your ears have decided to take up candle-making as a side hustle. If your hearing started to become more "muffled submarine" than "crisp surround sound," it’s time to get on the Debrox train. First of all, let’s zero in on that ‘microfoam’ action. Ever had that real satisfying feeling of popping bubble wrap? Well, Debrox basically turns your ear into a tiny bubble-wrap party. As soon as those first drops hit your ear canal, it’s like a mini Jacuzzi for your eardrum – *gentle fizz, fizz, fizz*. I call it "popcorn popping, but it’s weirdly soothing. Earwax, yes we all have it, but nobody wants to talk about it, until it builds up. Debrox comes through though with a "Don’t worry, I’ve got this." It loosens up that ear gunk so effectively that you'll feel like you’re Indiana Jones unearthing long-lost civilizations from your ear canal, and the wax is the lost treasure. I half-expected to find hieroglyphics or a map to Atlantis on some of that wax. What happens next? Well, after Debrox loosens up that wax, you rinse your ear out, and suddenly – bam! You’re a new person. Did I always breathe this loudly? Why do my shoes squeak so much? Is that… is that the sound of my hair growing? You’ll hear things you didn’t even know existed. The world becomes a beautiful cacophony of crisp, clear sounds. It’s like you were living life with a blanket over your head, and now Debrox has yanked it off, revealing the dazzling sonic landscape of reality. Honestly, you’ll feel like you’ve unlocked a superpower. "I CAN HEAR EVERYTHING NOW" Birds chirping, dogs barking, the annoying hum of my refrigerator that you I didn’t know about before (and now can’t unhear!), and a random creak in my house that I swear wasn’t there before. To wrap up, Debrox doesn’t just remove earwax – it restores your hearing, your self-esteem. It’s like giving your ears a day at the spa. So, if your ears are playing hard to hear, give them a Debrox bubble bath. They’ll thank you – and so will everyone who’s been yelling at you because you couldn’t hear them.

Lifesaver lol
My ear had a small piercing ball stuck in it and was very clogged with earwax to the point where not only could I not get any of it out with any tool for that, but I couldn’t hear and my equilibrium was WRECKED for a few days. I didn’t know what to do and was not home so I didn’t want to go to a doctor. I looked up what I should do, this was recommended, ordered it immediately, and the problem was solved in LITERALLY FIVE MINUTES FLAT! I used maybe fifteen drops? Still have the entire rest of the bottle. If that ever for some reason happens again or anyone I know ends up with a cloggy ear, this is the stuff. No pain or discomfort, just a little fizzy sound and was a little cool feeling at first then very slightly warm. Definitely recommend. I was pretty scared to actually use it but it was a piece of cake.

KEEP YUR EARS OPEN WITH THIS
I've been using this for decades due to a narrow ear canal. Works better than prescription drops.
