Very good water filter. The installation was easy and the water tastes much cleaner and fresher now. I’ve been using it for a while and it works perfectly. Definitely worth the purchase.

Tried these Waterdrop cartridges as a replacement for the Brita Maxtra+ and I’m genuinely impressed. They slot into my Brita jug with no issues at all — the fit is snug and secure, just like the originals. In terms of performance, the difference in taste is noticeable straight away. The water tastes cleaner, fresher, and smoother. I also really appreciate that these filters are TÜV SÜD and NSF certified, plus they claim to reduce PFAS and other harmful substances, which is reassuring. Flow rate is good — not too slow, not too fast — and each filter lasts me around the same time as the Brita ones. For the price and the quantity you get, it’s excellent value. If you’re looking for a reliable alternative to the Brita originals, these are definitely worth trying. I’d happily repurchase.

I usually buy Brita replacement filter. These filters were a lot cheaper and at the moment are working ok although some I have had to change the water once due to some black matter coming through the filter even though I followed the instructions and left it in water for 10 minutes before using. These filters Brita filters had the same problem but so far the new filters don’t see as bad.

These are a very poor imitation of Brita’s Maxtra & Maxtra + filters. Look at the picture of the two filters upside down. The Waterdrop one on the left bears no resemblance to the Brita one on its right and it’s obviously not compatible also the waterdrop one has 2 pinholes for water to come out after filtration which is ridiculous as it must take forever for filtration to complete. Just look at the Brita on the right with 2 large filtered water release areas. Compatible means direct replacement one for another but not trying to cobble together something to overcome the incompatibility! The imitation filters came with a flimsy bit of blue plastic to try and do exactly that but as I am partially blind I couldn’t see how to do it. I understand why people buy waterdrop filters, they are much cheaper but when you consider that you get your six genuine Brita filters that give you 6 months and a month of 150 litres of clean filtered water and massively reduced limescale on the new Brita limescale expert filters that also work perfectly every single time and ask yourself Why would I buy budget Waterdrop filters that I know nothing about and for around half the price of the Brita filters trying to save money. That’s the question I should have asked myself in the first place and if I had I would never have bought the Waterdrop imitations and neither should you. Would you want grey chemicals or whatever that stuff is , being drunk by you or your family?

This filter is more affordable than the original, and it changes the taste of the water just like the original would. Compared to other alternatives, it’s an excellent substitute in terms of both design and quality.

I am very happy with **Waterdrop Water Filter Cartridges**. They are easy to install and fit perfectly in my filter system. The water tastes cleaner and fresher right away, with reduced chlorine and impurities that used to affect flavour. The cartridges seem to last well and filter water consistently without clogging or slowing down. I like that they make everyday tap water more pleasant to drink and cook with. Overall, these cartridges are reliable, easy to use, and improve the quality of my water. They are good value and a useful addition to any kitchen.

Bought these as the price was good the water tastes great and is clean. Easy to install with the supplied blue attachment.

Doesn’t work nearly as well as the original Brita filters (I’m in a hard water area) going to have to buy the branded sort as the aftertaste isn’t pleasant. Tastes worse than straight from the tap somehow

Ich benutze diese Filterkartuschen für meine Brita-Wasserfilterkanne. Bisher habe ich immer die originalen Brita-Filter gekauft, die allerdings deutlich teurer sind. Seitdem ich diese Filter verwende, kann ich ehrlich sagen: Sie sind genauso gut wie die Originalfilter, nur eben viel günstiger. Das Wasser schmeckt genauso sauber und frisch, und die Filter erfüllen ihren Zweck zu 100 %. Für mich eine klare Preis-Leistungs-Empfehlung. Ich bin wirklich sehr begeistert und werde definitiv dabei bleiben.

This filter fits a Tassimo Coffee Maker and seems to work fine with it. You may have to install the small blue adapter ring (which comes in the box with the filters) on the filter hopper to get the water to go through properly. As far as I can tell, these filters seem to work fine and the water throughput is good. I don't know how long they would last compared to the original Mavea filters, but they're certainly considerably cheaper.
