Yes, it is adjustable! but is it good! Hell no! if you are using this on the drawer shelf the plates will roll out of this every time you load plates and it Is pain! The side should have some sort of bracket to keep the plates steady I don't really what they were thinking when they were building this. This is good if you are putting cups!
