rom&nd VOLUME HACK TRIO (SWEET FIG SET)

Oh I LOVE this, in fact anything I’ve ordered from this brand I have loved! I ordered the sweet fig set and this is simply perfect for my colouring. The product itself is fab: I’m someone that cannot apply lipstick without lip liner and in fact more often than not wear lip liner alone or with a little gloss for an understated but fuller lipped look. I therefore love that this has both a lipstick and liner as well as a gloss and you can easily pop one, two or all three in your bag without taking up additional room as they’re handy sized products. They all work really well: the liner is precise, durable and lasts well whereas the lipstick fills out the colour but with a super hydrated, glossy formula. The gloss is a lovely pink hue which can be worn alone but looks fantastic with the set. In fact all look stunning paired together or alone! The packaging is lovely and looks very luxe and the price is in line with other products of this quality and brand - I’d say incredibly reasonable.

My partner has been wanting some new lip colours so I got this sweet fig set for her. She is really pleased with the shades because they suit her perfectly. She mentioned that they give a nice plump look without feeling sticky at all. The trio is sized perfectly to slip into her handbag for a night out. She loves mixing the different finishes together and it stays on really well throughout the evening. It was a lovely little treat for her makeup collection.

This is a trio lip colour kit. Firstly you apply the lip liner, it’s a little chunky and difficult to get a nice smooth line. Secondly you apply the lipstick, which is where the majority of the colour comes from, it’s a twist up type, nice and creamy, with good coverage. Lastly the lip gloss, which does have some colour to it and matches the lipstick. It’s a wand application, so you can get plenty of the gloss onto your lips depending on how shiny you want them. My lips did look good, really glossy and not too sticky. The effect didn’t last long though, the gloss and lipstick start to wear off almost immediately, especially when eating and drinking, so you would need to constantly reapply all day. It had absolutely no plumping effect on my lips. Other plumping gloss I’ve had produces a tingling effect, there was nothing with this one. For the price I would have expected much better results. I do like that the 3 pieces are well matched, so look good when used together but performance was disappointing. Hope you found my review helpful

I like rom&nd products and I think this is a really pretty and luscious looking lip kit. The colours are what I was expecting and well-coordinated across the three products. The formulations feel comfortable and non-drying and the glasting gloss is my favourite for a glossy finish. Pricey but good quality (and I do see this brand put their products on offer here a fair bit so it’s worth looking out for this).

This is a nice lip set. Included is a lip liner, a coloured balm and a gloss. I got this in sweet fig but it is also available in mocha mousse and glazed plum, the sweet fig colour is like a a rosy peach with darker undertones, the lip liner I thought was a little too dark compared to the other products but I'm not used to wearing lip liner so maybe it is meant to be like that. I'm unsure if this product is cruelty-free, but I like to think it is. You can get a different look with just this one set, you can get more of a matte look with just the liner and balm but adding the gloss will add a nice shine to the look. I didn't find the gloss to be overly sticky but none of the products last more than an hour really and if eating or drinking it doesn't stay but it does look good initially.

I waited a long time to get this ( don't ask ) and was glad when it finally arrived You get the lip liner , lipstick and gloss in this set . First thing I found straight in there is no continuity in 'brand ' promotion as all thee containers were totally different as you can see from the pic The lip liner comes as a twist up almost like gel pencil with a lipstick consistency . I found this to be nice to apply on my 'older' lips as there was no dragging involved . The downside is that is was almost impossible to get a clear line as it went quite far onto my actual lips The lipstick is in a twist up tube which seemed to take forever to twist up . The colour itself I thought was lovely . A right sort of plum colour without being too dark The lip gloss , as you would expect , came in a wand type application and that was fine . Lips looks nice and glossy I did like the finished look and at that point I was quite pleased Sadly it did not stay that way and literally within and hour and after one cup of coffee the whole thing had come off and my lips were totally bear . Nothing , nada , zilch ...... On top of that I had NO plumping effect what so ever At the time of writing this review it was selling at £25.45 but when I actually ordered it I think it was more Honestly after trying this I just would not buy it unless it was under a tenner then I would just use it for the lip gloss looking at all the other reviews it seems I am in the minority but this was honestly my experience of it

Full lips combo for beginners! The application is fairly easy as I go in this order: liner, stick, then gloss. It doesn’t give me any skin irritations or allergic reactions. I normally have dry lips and some lipsticks make it worse but these ones even hydrate it and make it look so smooth & juicy!! I wouldn’t say it lasts through after eating or drinking in its original application but some colors were still there after 5 hours on my lips! So its longevity is around 6.5/10. The balm + gloss feel thick together and may contribute to the hydration of the lips. For $35, the combo already saves you a lot compared to buying each item individually so it’s a deal and absolutely reasonable price.

I love this lip kit. I purchased the "sweet fig" color and it's perfection, but I'd like to also try some of the others. Each step of this routine adds a needed element to the overall look. Color payoff is fantastic. I recently wore this all day (12+ hours) and only needed to reapply it twice which I feel is pretty decent all things considered - especially for something with a super glossy finish.

I purchased the sweet fig color because I am AWFUL when it comes to pairing liners and lipsticks/gloss but this made it super easy and it feels like a dream on my lips. It also feels super hydrating which is a bonus because this dry winter weather has definitely done a number to my lips. The color is very springy and a gorgeous pop of color. I will definitely be purchasing the other color kit. I do feel like it's a little expensive for what you get. The packaging feels slightly cheap but the payoff is great.

Goes on super creamy, lovely combo just doesn’t last long. Otherwise it’s really great and beautiful! I still really like it just wished it lasted a bit longer

The color is pretty but the liner and lip product do not stay on well. ANY fine line it easily seeps into. Didnt work for me.
