HD Waterproof Mascara, Very Black CMS522

Even though this is considered a low end product, I find it works perfectly for me and I have used it for years. The brush style is the one that works best for me and the mascara goes on smoothly and easily, never clumpy. I especially like the waterproof feature as I vacation a lot and never have flaking or smudging when swimming or at the beach or in hot steamy weather. For me, this inexpensive mascara beats all the other way more expensive brands I've tried.

This is my second purchase and there are three things I can say about it: 1. it will not build up lashes nor lengthen them yet, 2. it is absolutely waterproof and so it's perfect for lower lashes, especially due to the small wand. It also lasts through repeated eye drops applications for those with eye conditions, and 3. It removes easily with Amazon Basics eye makeup remover.

Even tho this is a bargain brand it's still a great value and it works well. My tiny lashes need a smaller brush and this delivers.

I am dissatisfied with this mascara. It smudges, doesn't do much for my lashes. Won't buy again!

Literally it looks like I'm not putting anything on. I tried 5+ applications and it's not adding anything to my lashes.

This mascara is clumpy. It takes a long time to dry. Transfers easily. The price was good. In a pinch in you need an inexpensive waterproof mascara it will do the trick. If you’ve got time to shop around it would be worth it to see what else is out there.
