Same product but different experience at second time
Here’s a clean and corrected version of your review: “I have used this hair serum before and it worked really well for me. It gave my hair a smooth texture and was very effective. However, this time I ordered it from Amazon, and the product quality seems completely different. It doesn’t provide any smoothness or texture at all, and it feels like it’s not working. I’m not sure what went wrong, but this experience has been disappointing.” If you want, I can make it sound more strict (for complaint) or more casual (for social media).

I don’t need to use a conditioner if I’m using this. It makes my hair feel fuller and soft, without any heaviness or greasiness. I have also used the surplus on my hands as a body moisturiser. Really glad I bought this
