Not recommend this product
For reference, I bought this pan to use for Vietnamese Rice cakes which has coconuts as oil for non-stick.The Plus: the color is pretty and has the lid and cuteThe Negative: This pan is very small and thin and not a non-stick item either. It looks very cheap for the $23 price tag.
