Authentic Kuching or Sarawak Laksa
tldr: It is legit Sarawak/Kuching Laksa but requires filtering, yes it's obviously not going to be same price as buying in Malaysia but it's great value for money Yes it's pricey, this type of laksa is only from Sarawak and most laksa that's made is either Penang or Singapore laksa. Got to remember the seller has to pay Amazon a fat commission just to sell this here and I think all things considered, this is amazing value for money. Keep in mind this isn't instant laksa paste so you do need to filter it. I personally boil my chicken thighs, then prawns. And then after skimming the resulting broth, use that to make the laksa soup broth. Then I filter it with a large mesh filter twice, before adding coconut milk. Tastes like the Sarawak laksa I got in Singapore and reminds me of the laksa I got in Kuching!

Truely Sarawakian is happy!
I am from Sarawak, Borneo and to be able to order this paste here in Arizona is so awesome! I can now make Sarawak Laksa whenever I want and taste just like home but there are so much more to just the paste to make a really good laksa and that secret recipe is mine to keep muahahaha.

Great Flavor for laksa noodle soup
Exactly the fragrant original laksa paste, would have like more gram for dollar value
