Is the glycerin and gelatin in the capsule or the oil?

Yes the oil is in a soft gel capsule .

What is the size of these? I see others have answered “pretty small” but what does that mean in measurement?

They are about 1/2” long and about 1/4” diameter

Does this contain soy? if so, is it non-gmo?

It is free of gluten, wheat, dairy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavor, sweetener, preservatives and color. I do not see soy mentioned anywhere. It is manufactured for Solgar. I do not see any mention of non-gmo. Other ingredients are: safflower oil, gelatin, vegetable glycerin. Hope this can help.
