OK, first off the most important thing: These units are true 720p (1280x720) HD Native Resolution. This is a HUGE distinction with projectors in this price range, because most of inexpensive projectors in this price range very deceptively say "720p" or "1080p" when in fact the LCD or DLP in it is actually natively 640x480, or even worse, 320x240. (they are advertising that the low resolution projector will accept 720p or 1080p and scale it down). THIS UNIT IS ACTUALLY, TRUE HD (720p)Next, this is a inexpensive budget projector, my rating reflects this. I'm NOT judging this in comparison to a mid-range real home theater projector that would cost at least several hundred more dollars.I purchased 2 of these to use for Halloween displays, and they work quite well for that, IF AND ONLY IF, you are not too close. The lens will not focus on something 4' away. You unfortunately have to be some distance back. (This makes it tricky to do the talking pumpkins thing for halloween)The light is bright, no, not as bright as a traditional projector bulb, but bright enough to clearly see the window animations from the road. These are LED, so they power up fast, and run much cooler than a normal projector. They also use a very large internal LCD panel (normally projectors use tiny LCD imagers, this one is pretty big, which is why the housing and lens are so large. (and also why it's cheaper).The projector has the ability to play video files off of a USB drive. Which is what I did for the Atmos FX Halloween animations. So you do not need a video player, just plug your memory key into it with the video files, and bring up the playback screens and select the video you want to play. It does have built in audio as well as audio outputs. You have the option of turning off the built in speaker, so you don't have player making noise if you are using an audio amplifier. You also have ability to flip the image vertically or reverse (for rear projection, or, upside down mounting)The other unique feature is the keystone adjustment. Keystone adjustment is the alteration of the image for situations where the projector is mounted too high or too low vs. the location you are projecting to. In other words, if you need to point the projector at an upward or downward angle to hit your target, the result is a distorted image. This projector has a real optical adjustment that actually moves the LCD imager to compensate for this. THIS IS AN OPTICAL ADJUSTMENT, NOT A DIGITAL KEYSTONE ADJUSTMENT, which is a REALLY cool feature, normally, even on high end projectors, adjusting keystone negatively impacts the image resulting in the projector having to scale and distort the image electronically... with this one, it does not, you're actually moving the LCD panel when you turn the knob.It does not offer a lens shift option (which is to be expected as that is normally only on higher end projectors), so your projector does need to be centered on your target (left to right), but, thanks to the optical keystone adjusting, you can be off vertically, and can just angle the projector up or down and use the adjustment to straighten the image.Of the two units that I purchased, the only issue I encountered is that one unit has a very weak IR detection. You need to be no more than a few feet from the projector. The other unit does not exhibit this issue, and has normal IR remote detection range that you would expect from an electronic device.Color is good, and the quality is good, especially considering the price. Would I suggest this for a true home theater system? Personally, no, I'd go for a more expensive, higher end unit 1080p native resolution unit. BUT, if you are on a tight budget, and have a dark room, (and don't mind only 720p for home theater) then it would certainly work, and would be a MUCH better option than the other lower native resolution projectors in this price range.For a bedroom projector? (Maybe you want a TV in the bedroom, but don't want to see a TV on the wall), it would actually be pretty cool for that as well.Lastly, this thing is large, the photo is accurate, that's a full size remote in the picture... so this is not something you can hide on a ceiling and have it not be noticeable, and it is certainly NOT something that would be considered portable for travel with. This is a budget LED projector for home use, or, for stuff like I used it for (AtmosFX digital decorations), that offers much better resolution that other projectors in the price range.

I am very pleased with this screen. I purchased this to replace a 92" Da Lite screen that i had for 8 years that had sustained some water damage.It is paired with my Panasonic PT-AE4000u projector. The image is just as good if not better than the Da Lite screen but for hundreds of dollars less.It's a little tricky to set up the screen but worth the time and effort.

Have had this for years and never posted a review. Great screen for be price. Will be upgrading in size in the next few months but great for a small movie get together in the back yard or garage in the winter time. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because it was missing a screw the day it delivered. Was no problem because I had a screw that fit and did the trick.

The screen is awesome. The bad thing is the instructions. They do not put almost anything on how to assemble it. I had to deduct how to do it. But it looks very good in the wall.

Item came very quickly and was very well packaged. I will agree with others that there was a very strong chemical smell at first. Kinda to be expected with something like this in my opinion. I would suggest setting it up outside and airing it out. I first set it up in the basement just to test it out and the odor was strong. Later on, we set it up outside for a test run for a movie night in the backyard. After that, no smell at all. To the screen itself; it's awesome. Can't beat it for the price. Let's be honest, I'm cheap. I try to get the best I can for the cheapest I can. My projector is on the lower end as is this screen. However, I find it perfect. I'm just a normal guy not a video audio snob. For me, the combination of the projector and this screen is awesome. The screen itself seems fairly decently built. I do wish there was some way to lock in the leg section of the tripod when extended. Seems like it can collapse, but it hasn't so far. The screen went up and retracted very nicely. I went slow after reading some reviews about the spring. So far, so good. I like the multiple height adjustments it has. That's a nice feature. I can set the lower total height for my basement and the higher setting for the backyard. The kids loved it....I loved it....can't complain about anything so far. Great price for a great product. It doesn't take up much space when all folded up either. Stores very very nicely.
