Review: Mostly worth the price! - Tastes great, if you know what to do with it. It has a grainy texture but it is not bad, at all. Thinner then most hot chocolates but mixes well, and the taste is not sweet which is what makes this great. Its a slight spiced herbal mix with a Caco/Maca aftertaste that is great and comforting. It is a bit expensive so I wouldn't go mixing it in my smoothies, plus as mentioned I genuinely like the flavor. If you add Stevia flavor drops, you can also add more flavor to it. My son loves the choc mint with warmed milk as hot cocoa. I put it with almond milk in my coffee. The vanilla chai made as the orange cream smoothie was so good I was secretly hoping my son wouldn't like it so there would be more for me. Looking forward to trying more varieties!

Chocolate flavor with a bit of cinnamon, good way to take several superfoods, but I wish it dissolved better
This review is for the "chocolate" flavor. This tastes like chocolate with a hint of cinnamon. I have been using it in regular milk, sweetened with maple sugar. It says to put one rounded teaspoon per 6-8 ounces of milk. That seems right. Like that, it tastes good but it isn't overpowering. Downside- Fo-ti is listed as being possibly dangerous to young children and suspected of causing liver damage. I wouldn't give it to young children. It does not mix easily. It's a very fine powder and it wants to stay that way. With just a spoon stirring it, I ended up with a lot of little clumps on top of the milk and on the side of the cup. Very little actually dissolved in the milk. I am going to save the rest of mine for when we have family smoothies because it does much better in the blender. I like the taste, and I like the nutritional benefits of all these superfoods in a good drink. I just wish it blended better in the cup.

Strange taste, despite healthy ingredients
I love raw cacao and also take many of the ingredients in this mix--maca, lacuma, fo-ti. There is something here that is off though. It has a slight chemical taste. It could be the Tumeric. There is also very little in this container, and $40.00 is incredibly steep for what this product contains. Not a fan. Sorry.

Doesn't mix well
I tried this. It didn't taste bad but I put it in a cup of hot water, stirred and stirred. Most of it settles to the bottom. It is mainly cocoa with some fruit flavors to sweeten it. It doesn't taste that much different than cocoa powder. It's not bad but you could concoct your own for a lot cheaper.

What A Treat!
I make a smoothie everyday and I often add cacoa powder for an extra booster. This Solis Nutritional Blend is yummy! It's packed with great nutrition. It contains cacao powder, maca, turmeric, cinnamon and much more. I add a teaspoon to my smoothies and no matter what flavor this always blends in well and doesn't over power the whole smoothie. I really like it. I do wish the container was bigger! This blends better in hot liquid or in a blender. When you mix it with cold juice or milk, it is hard to get it to blend and most of it stays on the top unless you stir for 5 minutes or so. I would say I prefer to just put this in my smoothie so I don't have to stir it. This also makes a nice hot drink for the wintertime. This is a fairly versatile product that really you can put in anything like oatmeal or smoothies or hot water or milk. The only trouble is mixing in a glass with something cold, but there are many more ways to use it. I really like this and recommend for the nutrients.

Yummy, but takes a while to mix
The chocolate is good tasting, even in almond milk. "Good" might be a bit of stretch though. I really was expecting this to taste not as good with all the other ingredients in it, but it's actually not that bad. The only issue is that it doesn't mix all that well in almond milk. Putting it in a smoothie is better. It has as ingredients: Arriba Nacional Organic Raw Cacao Organic Raw Lucuma Fruit Organic Raw Maca Root Turmeric Root Astragalus 15:1 Root Extract Fo-Ti 12:1 Root Extract Cinnamon 4:1 Bark Extract Organic Raw Yacon Root Coconut Oil Powder The Cacao and the coconut oil powder give it a good flavor, and the other ingredients are good to have. All in all, it's a good mix!

Delicious!
Since Monday, Sept 22 I have cut coffee out of my daily routine. I have been using the Elementary Energy as a replacement. I have lots of energy and I don't have the typical headache I get when I stop drinking coffee. I use hot water and creamer. It tastes delicious. I am anxious to taste the other products!
