This is a great book for couples. It is full of beautiful and wise statements. Just reading it makes you feel better about your partnership and your partner. I highly, highly recommend this book to any and all couples. If the only two books you have in your house are a Bible and this book, you are good to go. :-)

This is the best couple’s devotional I think we’ve ever read in our 11-year marriage! I love how simple it is to pick it up over breakfast and get a scripture, a message, and a word of prayer together first thing in the morning. It is very well written and designed. It is a small book, but the text is large enough even for those who wear glasses. The cover feels luxurious and is beautiful. Which means you can leave it out on the coffee table or nightstand so that you’re always reminded to pick it up. We’ve been reading it for a few months now and I like that the devotions actually speak to the heart of matters through the word of God. These aren’t anecdotal, lukewarm messages. I would recommend this to any married couple and even a single person who is praying to get married. You can really get an understanding of how the Lord is the main vein of a holy marriage.

This book is exactly what I was looking for. This is the second year in a row my husband and I have done daily devotionals and to have one specifically for married couples is even better. It stays on our kitchen table and we do it every night during dinner. It has also survived 2 kids at the table!
