Very beautiful figure but arrived little damaged wouldn't mind having fragile stickers on these figures

Useless when it comes broken
My husband needed Ren and Nora to finish his collection. He keeps them in the box and displays them. I bought the two he needed for Christmas. I received ren with a broken box. I will now have to buy a second one that isn't broken since they are collector items to my husband. I would like my money back for this, since it is not in prime condition.
