AUSTRALIAN RAW ORGANIC CAROB POWDER

This is the best carob i have ever tasted. It (to me) gave off a smooth caramel taste to a cake mix recipe I have made from scratch. I have already ordered more. This will be the only carob I will buy from now on. It is light in color, but when baked like in my cake it turns a nice brown. I love this carob!!!!!! So glad I found this.

This is my favorite Carob Powder. I like that it is Raw versus toasted. I add about a tablespoon to my smoothies, and it tastes great. I formerly would add Cacao, but I prefer the Carob at it is non-caffeinated. This is a great product, and I would buy again.

Naturally sweet flavor without the roasting

Carob is a diamond superfood for me according to my SWAMI GenoType3. Carob has carboydrates, protein, calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, Vitamin A, and Vitamin B complex.

This is THE BEST tasting carob ever. It's naturally sweet and creamy tasting. Most of the carob I've had has an almost sour flavor note, but there's nothing of that in this brand. The roasted carob is just as delicious. They both make a wonderful filling warm drink. I haven't tried using it in cooking, but it's probably just as tasty.

I wanted to like this more than I did because of how pure the ingredients are but it has hardly any flavor. It was so mild that I could tell when it was included... which defeated the purpose of the chocolate flavor alternative I was looking for.

This is the first time I ordered Carob powder and it did not disappoint! I love it's taste. It's subtle, not bitter and does not have after taste.
