My Greek Table: Authentic Flavors and Modern Home Cooking from My Kitchen to Yours

Replacement copy just received much to my excitement... But oh how disappointed I am with this! Having had a quick look at the index for classics like pastichio and moussaka, how sad to discover that these are not included! Instead, the author includes a recipe for 'pastichio ravioli'! Like literally WTF?! Her recipes appear to be influenced by an American take on Greek cuisine. Truly shocking. Amazon really should print the contents or index pages to help buyers in their decision making. If I knew the book was going to be this awful, I would have taken a punt on something else. As we say in Greek, αχ γαμίσου... Will probably regift this next Christmas!

This is a beautiful book, split into easy to find sections. Having watched the series on Prime TV it was a must have!
