This product WORKS! After taking just 10 sub-lingual little tablets the shooting pain, numbness and weakness in my thigh I was feeling for over 6 weeks literally stopped. I still have some stillness, but the nagging constant sciatic pain I was experiencing was basically gone. I finally had a good night's sleep without waking up and can walk without stabbing pain. Highly recommend. I am very thankful I found this product on Amazon.

I have been dealing with Piriformis Syndrome for several years. The only help my orthopedic doctor provided was a series of exercises which just seemed to make matters worse. Nsaids seemed to have no effect. I came across this drug in an article and thought I would give it a try. It actually worked on my Piriformis pain. But, it is not a cure and only gives temporary relief. But, I can sleep through the night now. I find it has no taste and dissolves in my mouth in a minute or two.

Works wonders helping with pain that was unmanageable. Gave comfortable reaction when taken by instructions. Better than prescriptions.

I keep these on hand specifically for sciatica and lower back flare-ups. With a history of back issues, including past surgery, I’m very cautious about what I use when the pain starts. When the discomfort hits—especially that burning, tingling, or stabbing feeling that travels down my leg—it can make even simple things hard to get through. These tablets don’t take the pain away completely, but they do help take the edge off enough to make it more manageable, which honestly makes a big difference on those tougher days. What I really like is how easy they are to use. The fast-dissolving tablets are convenient, and I don’t need water, which helps when I’m already uncomfortable and just want quick relief. For me, this has been a helpful option to keep nearby for flare-ups. It’s not a miracle fix, but it does provide enough relief to make daily activities a little easier when the pain is at its worst.

I've only been using this for a few days, but if my opinion changes in the future I will update this review. I have had issues with my lower back for over 25 years now and had a lumbar discectomy 20 years ago. However, with aging comes additional back-related issues (spinal stenosis, herniated discs, etc) so I have peripheral neuropathy now, too, which culminates in that pins-and-needles/burning sensation in my feet, which affects my sleep and some daily activities. I bought this product specifically for the pins-and-needles sensation, so I'll address that first. I found that this product either completely eases the symptoms or eases it somewhat...for a short period of time (usually an hour to 1-1/2 hours), but no longer (for me). Considering that it can only be taken 2-3 times a day, it really isn't worthwhile, unless I take it shortly before bedtime in order to fall asleep. As for the back pain, it helps somewhat, but, again, only for a short time, so I'll stick with ibuprofen for that. I had to try this product, because some people said it works for them, so it might for you. I won't buy it again, though.

I wanted to give this product zero stars. Sciatica causes serious pain that had me in tears. I thought I had finally found relief but to my dismay, I only wasted more money. Everything doesn't work for everyone and it didn't work at all for me. I can't even say that I got some relief. PT exercises have helped more than anything, except for the two rounds of steroids and lidocaine which only lasted for about two months. I didn't want any invasive procedures but I am considering seeking other medical advice. My heart goes out to anyone else suffering through this.

I feel I MUST review this product. I have suffered with leg (calf) cramps since I had back surgery many years ago. Typically the doctor prescribes a Flexeril, a muscle relaxer that relaxes muscles but knocks me out. I recently got prescribed steroids both oral and inhaler for a lung issue and the cramps intensified so much I couldn’t sleep for the crippling pain. The spasms were coming frequently all over my legs and hands, no longer just in my calf. A friend of mine gave me a few of these she buys for her husband and told me to try them. I’ll be forever grateful. For me, these are a miracle. Feet, calf, thigh and hand cramps relax almost immediately after the pills dissolve under my tongue. I can finally sleep. All natural too! I would give these ten stars if I could. It’s only $16. Try it! Maybe it doesn’t work for everyone but this product is definitely worth a shot.

These pills are awesome! They do exactly what it says they are supposed to do! I have sciatica on my right leg and when I sit, for a long period of time,the pain is excruciating. I dissolved two pills for the first time under my tongue at 9 PM it’s now 2 AM and my leg is still feeling good . I made a good choice in purchasing these pills . I usually don’t review anything I buy, but I had to review this. I was in shocked that they worked.
