I hate dangling straps on my backpacks or any other part of my kit.I use these strap minders to keep the straps up and out of my way, adnd they do that job very well. They fit snuggly, with a small amount of stretch. They hold up very well for what you pay and are highly durable.

What else can I say but, great fit, holds strongly and great find and buy

Great price and decent quality for replacing elastic on your backpacks, bags, etc.

After few days this thing will just losen up. Doesn't work well

After having these sit in my "cart" for months, I finally purchased these and installed them on my Recycled Firefighter backpack shoulder straps. My backpack straps come extra extra long, and even though I have a thick chest and wear my pack low and shoulder straps dangle about 8" and are very dangly. Hardest part installing these was pulling out the shoulder straps from the plastic cinch, but once that was done, these strap keepers slide over them nicely.Once I put everything back together, these keepers are exactly what I needed! For reference, the webbing they keep together is 1", and I would say they'd work well even with 1.5" webbing as there's still a good amount of room. These keepers stitching is heavy duty, and the material themselves is also heavy duty with strong elasticity to them, I think these will last for years.My only gripe is that I think it would be nice if they sold a variety pack of like 2 small (.5"), 2 medium (this size in 1"), and 2 large (1.5"), or just a 4 pack of medium (1") for like $4. At $8, these aren't expensive, but now I have 8 keepers I don't have a purpose for, and basically paid $8 for the 2 keepers I'm actually using. Just a thought, but overall I'm very happy I bought these.

never knew these existed but I definitely need these to tie up the excess strap of my backpack, since those straps get annoying when you walk and they swing back and forth, so this eliminates that little headache when walking.

Was unable to use as intended as they are a sewn loop, won’t go over straps. Ended up purchasing another style that is open and uses Velcro closure which meets my requirements.
