I've been taking these every day for over a year and recently had a full blood count, covering B12 and folate levels, liver and kidney health. According to my gp, my B12 is better than in most people despite the fact that I'm veggie. The folate levels were also good. In my opinion these multivitamins are partly responsible for these results. I love that these contain the full recommended daily dose of biotin, which apparently helps to keep hair thick and healthy. Many other multivits don't contain this vitamin. There is no iodine in these, either, which is great because I take thyroxine for hypothyroidism so I avoid iodine. Taking these everyday can't hurt, because the amount of each vitamin is not in the super-overdose range found in some supplements. I wouldn't be without them.
