Works like how it says on the tin.
These little guys worked a treat! I have never used heat set inserts before, but they worked perfectly. I used them to assemble a 3d printed test bench for computer components. Excellent items.

Worth the quality you get!
Best Ive tried yet! They get a great bite with the thread. With proper heat press temp settings, press time and the right size hole Im able make 3d prints look factory official with them. Havnt had 1 strip or not fit a screw, unless I misaligned it when pressing. I have m4-m8 stocked

Good inserts
Work great on PETG prints. I don't use a soldering iron to install, instead I insert a bolt through the hole, screw on the insert, heat it with a small torch and pull it into place. This ensures the centerline of the insert lines up with the hold.

Great product
I use these inserts for mounting various 3D prints onto tripods. They work great for that purpose. I use a heat pen to insert these into the printed parts. Just print a slightly smaller hole into your project where you want the insert to go. Side note, a press for the heat pen to ensure the insert is 90° to the part is helpful but not completely necessary. You can find those presses here on Amazon or they have .stl files online so you can print your own.

Quality seems good, short 1 insert
I like having inserts in a hard case, and they appear to be of good, consistent quality. I was, however, short exactly 1 insert on all three different sizes I purchased for this brand.Probably not a big deal with 100 inserts, but being short 1 in 30 isn't great. I purchased the 4x6x6, 4x8x6, and 4x10x6 sizes. They should have included 200, 100, and 30 pieces respectively. I made sure to double-count each set. I got 199, 99, and 29 pieces.
