Fabulous massage cups! I am still learning how to use them properly but since the end of August I used them 3 times end really helped me to reduce my cellulite. I am quite slim although I gave birth almost 2 years ago and the appearance of my skin not that smooth anymore. Now I feel I am getting my body back:) After 2 weeks of use I totally recommend it to anyone who wants to get firmer, toned body and smooth, glamorous skin again.

I bought these as a trial before I bought a full cupping set. They are very easy to use around the house. I have fibromyalgia and the cups seem to help ease the more intense pain when I have a flare up. Very good, well worth the price.

Take a bit of getting used to. Initially I wanted to chuck them out the window. I am a therapist and use the ones with a pump. I have now got used to them. They r great over boney areas and for lymph drainage.

I have used them the last couple of months and they are fantastic. I have had a huge reduction in pain and increased lymphatic drainage pretty much instantly after using them. They are really easy to use and to clean.

I'm not one for writing reviews but I thought I would share my experience with you because I sat on the fence for a while before buying this and eventually took the plunge (out of desperation as my holiday is looming!) I received the item on 24th May and used as per instructions the same day. I used a good massage oil so that the cup glided over my thighs and buttocks easily. It was fine apart from one part of my thigh - which is particularly lumpy - where it was very uncomfortable. The next day I woke to the most horrific bruising along that one part, but fine elsewhere. It took a few days for the bruising to subside and then I resumed the cupping each evening. I have had some bruising in the same area again but no where near as bad as the first time and it's getting less uncomfortable. I'm happy to report that legs and bottom are noticeably less lumpy! I still have a way to go, but with daily use I'm hoping I will have film star legs by the time I go on holiday 😂 I'm sure persistence is key, so if you're thinking about doing it make sure you have the motivation to do it regularly (I'm sure the results will spur you on) - and don't worry about any initial bruising, it will decrease as your legs smoothen out.

Not as good as the Lure Ionic energy cupping set, as this set are in 4 different sizes and are hard to put on. I am an Acupuncturist and use the glass cups but I bought these for self use. I prefer the Lure Ionic energy cupping set for self use.

Arrived today and I have tried these straight away! 1) made of great material, 2) all the information you need to know is summarised on the packaging in a very succinct manner! 3) I train a lot, so get muscle pain all the time, just used it for neck/shoulder area massage.. and it worked! So warm and relieved. Strongly recommend!

Very good and have seen a noticeable difference from second/third use. They are very firm, and the process is a little bit painful on some of the more problem areas. I've had some great bruising, but it does feel like it's working.

I'm a first-time cupper, after my physiotherapist recommended I start this kind of treatment at home. I ordered this set of 4 and used them as soon as they arrived. They're awesome!! A little stiff at first but after a while, they loosen up and are easy to handle, even one-handed. Definitely use some kind of lotion or oil otherwise it's hard to get good suction. The green colour is so beautiful, more like turquoise and just so pretty. I couldn't be happier with this purchase! You also get a bunch of online resources through the website (using your order ID), like a pdf booklet on cupping techniques. Great for beginners!
