This lumbar pillow is firm and the size is good for my back (I am a petite XS woman.). It has a good support and makes me sit comfortably all day long in my desk chair. The cover has two straps to secure it against the back of the chair. It also has a large zip opening to take it off easily for wash. With all being said, I do find it comes in a strong chemical smell. Need to wash it before use.

The straps on the back see extremely stretchy, this should fit possibly even around a very large chair as I had to take the adjuster all the way to one side so it would stop slipping down the office chair I use often.
