I buy a lot of adaptors and cables in general, because I am an experimental electronic musician. I never send them back because each cord works at first even if it has an unpredictable lifespan. I like this adaptor because the woven texture on the cables is gratifying and the end construction gives confidence as well. That said, after having been here before I can already tell you the one design issue with this cable. The durability of the cable is not matched to the ends. What I mean is that with this cable I expect the cable to get abused due to the ends being heavy and the cable being light. However, I do not have any confirmation that it will wear out in the way it looks like it will, and I am using this in a way where I won't be unplugging it too often, so for now I am giving this five stars simply because I like the quality feel of the materials and I have no issues with the quality of sound that I am hearing. If I could change any detail, it would be the long shafts on the ends that required me to try them in a few positions before it fit nice enough on my micro sound board.

Junk. Faulty connection on mine after light usage. Feels and looks cheap. Buy something else.

This is a decent cable I wouldn't call it excellent. For the price I would expect perhaps a bit more but it is ok. The stereo 1/4" TRS jack unscrews and has access to wires inside, the two mono 1/4" TRS jacks do not. I was a little surprised about this because I "too often" yank wires a bit hard. For normal use it should be fine. I am using it for a short run between my Chapman Stick, which is unusual in that it has a stereo output. The other side of the cable is run to the input jacks of my tape deck (see photos) In any case it works fine I'd recommend it for casual use and recording. Recommend.
