Nice product, good finishing, apt for regular use, however cannot be categorised as premium segment product.

The suction rubber on the lid broke
It looks great and comes with the useful tongs and ice spade. But with a couple of uses, the suction rubber on the lid broke and now it's useless to me. I don't know what to do because I doubt the seller will replace it for me.
