I don't really notice much difference. I've tried these for a couple months now, and well, I usually can't remember the name of the mushroom when I think back on what I took. HA! not sure if they work or not, or maybe it's they prevent degeneration, but don't actually help improve anything. if that's what they were selling, I'd believe it. But I'm not sure it's helping focus or memory. I will say, my migraines have gone to near zero over the last month or so. Not sure if it's related... Anyway, these don't have any flavor, they don't seem to boost my energy, easy to take with water or C4 or ... your choice. Was going to give 3 stars originally, but since I've had no migraines in Sept, I think 4 is fair. I just can't say for sure it was this... not like I'm taking much other stuff, a general multi-vitamin, and some zinc. but that's been going on for years. could be a seasonal change too, so can't really say where the change comes from.

I use Lions mane quite a bit for several reasons and this brand does not disappoint. Have ordered multiple times...very pleased with the potency.
