old and cold
being a 78 year old pensioner and never in my life having ever bought or worn 'Long Johns' , I suddenly this year had the urge to wear them on my daily dog walking trips.. Must be really getting old now eh? Well, duly found these on line and they arrived well on time, and they fit my old fat but wrinkley torso and extremes very nicely... No fault at all..Thanks guys..

Nice and toasty but only if you're an Oompa Loompa (now updated)
The quality is pretty good for the price and they actually are thermals and not something that claims to be. This is when things get weird, I'm 5'6 32" waist but chicken legs (short and skinny), these long Johns are very tight and too short in the legs, they end about three inches short of my ankles.The gusset (gusset hehehe) sits too low and is too tight but the waist is baggy as hell! They literally fall down by themselves exposing my winky, that made my Mrs laugh so hard she peed herself - I now refer to her as 'Tena Lady'.If I try to get them to sit properly around my family jewels the legs end halfway up my shins and the waistband becomes a chest band - Who or what were these things designed for?All in all, they're warm but wonky.Update: Both pairs have now been washed, 30 degrees gentle wash, and dried on the line. Now the legs are even shorter and the ankle cuffs are at my knees like a Victorian Boxer, they're even tighter but ironically constantly ride down and bring the crutch down my thighs making me waddle like a duck with hemorrhoids. These would be great for a clinically obese 5 year old with legs like twigs and enjoys being tripped up by a baggy gusset.Avoid.

Perfect
I have given these a test in very cold weather and they are brilliant, although their thin they do provide good insulation and to me are well worth the price. I did order a size larger and as expected they fit perfectly. I will buy again when I need to

Pretty good set of thermals
Size L Good fit around waist (my 36 ish) and long enough (my 33 inside leg). Not as hot as my merino's but wasnt expecting or wanting that and they are better than my other leggings. Make a good intermediate set for pottering around the workshop in 0..5 deg C (when worn under a pair of jeans)

Is Everyone a Midget
When ordering, the only size referenced is the waist. So, I ordered the smallest I could, and as expected, the waist is a little too big and the legs are too short by about 80mm. I will NOT be buying any more from this supplier.

Long johns
I’m unable to answer the questions fit and warmth as they were a present for a male relative, who I haven’t spoken too since they were delivered.

Soft and comfortable, very good product
These long johns are extremely comfortable, warm and very very soft, so they are perfect to wear under trousers and keep you perfectly warm in the coldest weather. The best I found so far.
