Quality
Not cheap but good value for a good product. I like having a tub full of this that I can draw oon at any time. Very useful.

CLOSE TO REAL POTATOES
Easy and quick to make the mash, go easy on the water so don't go mushy. I made it in my microwave and took minutes. Not perfect like real potatoes but for convenience close enough. Good value for money and easy to carry unlike real potatoes. Great not having to peel off the skin as you do with potatoes.

Tastes great.
Tastes great. I just add some boiling water, salt and pepper and a knob of butter. Works out well economically to buying individual sachets of instant mash. I keep it in an airtight container and just use when I want some mash quickly. Great addition to the store cupboard.

A great standby for mash that when hot and with butter, salt, ground pepper and eggcupful of cream, is indistinguishable from freshly mashed and creamed.
