Love this pour over filter. The valve works great

I loved this brewer at first. It makes a great cup of coffee while using the valve to help contain your bloom. The funnel is a huge problem for me. It lasted less than a week before the funnel broke. I had it sitting on my stove top back out of the way. When I came back later to make a second cop, I saw a chunk of glass was missing and it had a running in from the outside edge where the missing chunk is in towards the center. I found the missing glass chunk on the stove top along with some other shards. I don’t know if it was a manufacturing defect or what. Wish there was a more durable funnel replacement.

This device makes excellent coffee. Very easy to follow instructions. My only complaint is with the volume of coffee that it produces. I tend to make a 16 oz cup. Which takes a double process.

Arrived in pieces. It is made of glass, itI was put into an envelope with no protection. I immediately returned it on the vendor, accepted it back with no problem
