Great manual
I searched the internet for this book. I owned this book years ago and I loveed. It is an instructional book and guide book with pictures for beginner weightlifters. Great manual.

The best Fitness training notebook out there!!!
If you a beginner in weight training this is the training notebook to have. The weight training exercises illistrated in this notebook are clear and concise. I have been weight training for 20 years and still referr to this note book. Because of my developement people often as me for advice on weight training I just tell them to purchase Joe Weider's Muscle and Fitness Training Notebook.Thank you

This book is the classic, and is all you need to get the best and basic exercises done.You need to know how to do and what to do this covers it all.

I like that the book describes the correct way to perform the exercises. If you follow the procedures you will not injure yourself.
