Bamboo Bread Slicer for Homemade Bread Adjustable Width Slicing Guides, Compact Loaf Cutter for Perfect Slices

We make bread every Friday for the weekend, but it is nearly impossible to get consistent slices by hand. This was a lifesaver! It is compact, easy to store, beautiful, and incredibly easy to use. I would highly recommend it for anyone who makes bread on a regular basis.

I love this! I haven't figured out where in my kitchen to store it, yet, but I like it a lot. It's best to slice the bread almost to the bottom, but not saw all the way through, so that you don't rough up the "floor". Just pull the loaf out and do the last bit on a regular cutting board. I love the even slices!

This works great for the most part. Holds the bread firmly and keeps it in place while slicing, and the setup/cleanup is very easy. My biggest complaint is that when you use the notched spaces with a very sharp bread knife, it's hard not to cut into the bamboo in the notches. End up getting slivers of bamboo along with your bread slices.

I love my bread slicer. You can adjust the thickness of your slices, it's perfect size to sit on the counter, and the bamboo material has held up well with multiple uses. It's a perfect addition to my bread making journey.

Looks nice, but my slicer’s base broke on each side during the first/only use, when I inserted the cutting guides. The ends of the bamboo guides arrived broken, so I glued them back together, but watching the bamboo base split while inserting the guides was the final straw for me. It’s junk. I do not recommend.
