Didn’t work for my bmw 750Li

Stopped working after 30 minutes & Company won't respond to my request to return.
The product is super easy to install and actually worked great for all of thirty minutes. The lightning cable connection is made out of very soft and flexible rubber and it doesn't protect the wiring connections so the lightning connector to my phone stopped working very very quickly. This goes into a car, a tight space where cables can get bent, a soft connection like that is not sturdy at all. Also, i sent in my request to return or get a replacement and the company has been completely unresponsive. Looks like I'll have to re-wire it myself or just use the harness that came with it to come up with my own connection.
