Nature's Bakery Blueberry Fig Bars, 2 Oz, 6 Ct

My favorite of the fig bars available commercially. I am personally thankful that not every brand is making only gluten-free options these days. GF isn't necessarily healthy. I way prefer whole wheat. It's sweet, and less dry than a cookie made with tapioca and almond flour. It's pretty minimal ingredients. I keep these stocked for my husband and I to have as a snack when working or traveling, or a dessert when craving a little more something sweet after dinner.

Purchased these to have for office snacks and they lasted less than 2 days so I would say they were a hit! Filling is moist which helps as the outside is a bit dry but overall, they are delicious. Amazon occasionally has fantastic price deals on these, so I always keep my eye out. Will definitely order again.

My favorite fig bars. Also enjoyed this blueberry version. Not too sweet. Not too soft. Just right consistency and flavor.

I would like to have given these 5 stars, but frankly these aren't my favorite. The taste is fine, but the texture is very dense and it kind of sits on you. They're very filling. You could easily open a pack (each pack holds 2) and that's breakfast, so they're good for food on the run kind of thing.

We as a family love this. It is tastes great with good ingredients. Quality is great. It is convenient to pack in lunch.

I try to eat a fairly healthy diet. It's not perfect but I've cut out and added a lot of different things over the years to make it better. I'm not a huge sweets person but I do like them on occasion so I went looking for something that would satisfy my sweet tooth without being too bad for you. I remember my mom loving fig newtons when I was a kid and I don't recall disliking them so I figured I'd give these a try. We have someone in the household with a severe nut allergy so I do have to be careful when purchasing food. I always buy nut free because of that and also because I'm not a huge fan of them anyway. These Natures Bakery Blueberry Fig Bars seemed to satisfy that. They arrived quickly and packaged well. The box wasn't damaged and the contents were all intact. From the first bite, I think I fell in love. They were fresh and sweet without being sugary. I could taste the blueberry along with the fig. It's a wonderful blend of flavors. I have already added them to my shopping list as they are affordable and come in array of other flavors that I can't wait to try.

My children love them though it is a tad too sweet. Nevertheless, it is still a great snack occassionally.

Eat them as quick breakfast and afternoon snak.
