Not just for SMG mags!
I purchased this product to put on my tac vest carrier. I use it to hold my Police Products expandable baton, which has a larger circumference than a regular police expandable baton. Because of the elasticity of the securement system, it would work good for any reasonable size expandable baton. It works great for me.
