Music Symbols–Wipe-Off® Bulletin Board Set

Perfect. I didn't need all of these posters, but the several I used were perfect. I am a tutor for our homeschool group. We are learning basic music terms and how to play the tin whistle. These posters helped me during teaching and review to my class of 4-6 year olds to learn basic music terms. I'm not a great artist, so having these attractive posters to hang on my board without having to draw the symbols, was a huge help. They are large and brightly colored. You can tear them apart to arrange in the order you need. The wipe off staff is also great for letting the kiddos practice making the music notes and symbols. Very durable and attractive. Great value.

As you can see from the photo, this fit well on the closet door inside my classroom. Please note that the lower right "tempo" poster is not part of this package. That was one I already had. I looked a long time for the perfect "package" of informational music posters. So many had too much writing. I wanted something colorful that the kids would want to look at, but also be able to read easily. I really like that they are separate pieces which can be arranged according to space limitations.

The bulletin board pieces are exactly what was described and just what I wanted for my piano students.

Like any product like this, the surface hold some of the wipe off marker and needs to be cleaned regularly. But it is one way to reach hands on learners in the music room. I bought 3 sets for my music room. One I made into a display on a tri-fold poster board. One for me and one to let participating students use. Kids love hands on items that help them be a peer teacher to their friends. I find them helpful to promote student engagement. The more hands on items in the music room the better I say!

I really got this for the staff. There are two of them. I use painter's tape to tape them to my white board, and then I don't have to use a staff liner. They wipe pretty well, but be sure not to leave anything on long term--as it is with wipe boards. The posters are really bright and colorful. They look great in my music classroom, and I see kids using them to answer questions frequently.

I was actually expecting to get a full poster but it is smaller cutouts that you tear off which is actually better. Each one clearly shows the musical elements it is teaching while being colorful and fun. It adds fun and professionalism to any music room.

My nine and five-year old nephews wanted to learn some basic music theory. When I got these out they were so excited and dove right in. The staff is good quality, held up great to their exuberant use and wipes perfectly clean. It would be helpful to have a little white space at the top and bottom to add ledger lines and have room for kids to make the treble clef “hook”.

Great for the price and more aesthetically pleasing than any other music classroom decor I’ve seen online!
