Moira doesn't believe in happy ending or lasting relationships, and this is because of things she has experienced. On a plane to go to a friend's wedding she gets scared when there's turbulence and takes comfort from a kind stranger. Michael is wary of women after his last relationship, but he is drawn to Moira. Moira couldn't stop thinking about Michael while she was at the wedding and is surprised when he sits next to her on the plane back home. They exchange numbers to stay in touch and slowly things grow between them. Will they take a chance on each other? This is a great story that will hook you in the first chapter. This is a well written and very entertaining story. Its a book that any book lover would enjoy. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book.

The saying money can't buy you happiness is certainly true in Michael and Moira's cases. They are both billionaires who have been hurt by love in the past and are definitely not looking to start a new relationship. They met on a plane when Moira was on her way to her friend’s wedding, Michael just happened to have been seated in the seat next to her and when he saw how uncomfortable she was with flying he helped her through her fear by engaging her in conversation and taking her mind off it. The more they talk the more they realise just how much they have in common. But both are extremely dubious about taking things further. But fate had other plans and they met again on another plane, destiny perhaps? Their story is moving and yet humorous and kept me turning the pages on my Kindle as these two strong yet vulnerable characters learned to trust each other. This is a journey of finding unexpected love when Moira and Michael randomly meet while on a flight to London never exchanging names then again to see each on their return flight home. Michael is a successful man who luckily earned his wealth on an app and gives his dad a carefree lifestyle who previously had a bad marriage. Moira doesn’t believe in love, marriage or having kids due to all the heartache men cause so she’s excited when Michael grabs her attention, curious to see where their friendship can go. Moira worked hard for her success and wealth and finds it important to never be dependent on a ma. As these two spend time together they discover how much they enjoy each other and when Michael’s ex shows up to start trouble Moira doesn’t let it interfere in their relationship. Moira’s mother needs help with her health and unexplained life changes and it’s great to see how she sets aside their difficulties and learns how to become closer and Michael is there as a loving partner supporting them! Moira and Michael meet on a plane. He finds her to be beautiful but feigns indifference. He knows she's probably used to men telling her about her looks and he does't want to join that long line. He also doesn't believe in happily ever after as a result of the huge dose of heartbreak served to him by his ex-wife. Moira is disillusioned about men. She grew up learning that men are unfaithful, domineering, and not to be trusted. Every man she has dated has reinforced that belief. Moira's convinced herself that she doesn't need or want a man in her life. But when she departs the plane, having missed an opportunity to get Michael's number, she's a bit disappointed. Returning from a wedding that she and her friends can see is doomed before it even starts, Moira is pleasantly surprised to run into Michael once again. The two begin a relationship that has them both facing their past and their demons. I enjoyed the premise of this story more than I enjoyed the execution. Both characters are emotionally immature, Moira to the point of almost being unlikeable. The disagreement that she has with her friend is petty and worthy of a high school mean girl. Michael's dealings with his ex-wife are anything but "ruthless" and fall more into the "grow up and be a man" category. And really, the man hasn't changed his locks in six years or after the first time his ex walks into his house uninvited? Really? Because billionaires don't have alarms systems? I did like the fact that Moira is a billionaire in her own right and doesn't have to rely on Michael for money. They meet as equals in that sense, which you don't often see in most romances. Michael and Moira first meeting are on the airplane and they both miffed that they didn't get information on the other. When Moira goes to her friend's wedding, she notices a man she thought was Michael which have her thinking about him. When she gets on the plane to come home, she runs into Michael again and this time will start them on a journey. Moira comes from a dysfunctional family and her views about marriage and relationships come from her upbringing but the more time she spends with Michael the more she falls for him until his ex-starts making waves. It took Micheal some time, but he did it. He won her over. She was determined she was not going to find a man who could win her heart, but then she met a man on a plane.

I loved the way the story twists and turned, one minute she hated men and disinterested them. One meeting her world turned upside down, love finds a way to make us all wonder.
